Lexington, KY Pat Hoffman, 78, died Friday, September 20, 2013. She was born in Queens, New York on December 29, 1934 to Clarence and Ola Mae Pinkel Hoffman. She is survived by her sister, Barbara Hittinger; niece, JoAnn Carter; cousins, Carol Zammit and Joan Stowe; nephew, Mark Hoffman; great nephew, Nathan Hoffman. She is also survived by her family of friends, Ann Livingstone, Juanita Garrison, Glenda Foster, Audrey Ostrander, Belinda Morgan, Joy Farthing and Madge Fackler. Funeral Information Memorial service will be held at 1pm, Friday, September 27, 2013 at Blue Grass Memorial Park. Pastor DeWayne Brewer will be conducting the service.
