Patricia C. Loucks, 76, of Broadalbin, NY passed away peacefully Thursday, November 9, 2017 at her residence with her family by her side. She was born on June 8, 1941 in Gloversville, the daughter of the late Willard and Verna (Smith) Brown. Pat was a lifelong resident of the area and attended local schools. For many years she was a homemaker devoted to her family. Once her children were older, she worked for Argotsingers Poultry Farm and lastly at C&R restaurant. Pat enjoyed living in the country where she could hear the birds sing and watch the wildlife around her. She will best be remembered for her beautiful flower gardens that she tended lovingly. Pat enjoyed crocheting, watching movies and reading. She also loved family cookouts.....many a time the water hose or water guns would make an appearance and you were lucky if you got away dry. She will be missed greatly by her family and friends. In addition to her parents, Patricia was predeceased by her loving husband of 50 years, Thomas F. Loucks; brother, Donald Brown; brother, Paul Brown and sister, Leona Klender. Patricia is survived by her two loving daughters, Deanne C. Loucks of Broadalbin and Elizabeth J. Loucks of Gloversville; dear son, Frank Thomas Loucks; cherished grandchildren, Paul (Laura) Wieland II and Tiffany C. (Robin) Wieland - Roberts and her loving brother, Robert Brown. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Services will be held at a later date.
