OBITUARY – Patricia “Pat” Thomas McCullough – West Columbia – Services for Patricia “Pat” Thomas McCullough, 80, of West Columbia, will be private. Woodridge Funeral Home of Lexington is assisting the family with arrangements. Pat McCullough passed away, from complications of COVID 19, on January 18, 2021. Born in Columbia, she was a daughter of the late C.C. Porter, Jr. and Ruby Mae Wages. Pat grew up in the Eau Claire neighborhood of Columbia, and was a 1959 graduate of Eau Claire High School. She attended First Church of God, and was very active on various boards, and loved her Lord as her Savior. Pat retired from the South Carolina Fire Academy, after a career with the State of South Carolina. She was a past President of the Springdale Women’s Club. Pat is survived by her loving husband of 10 years, Robert “Bobby” E. McCullough; daughter, Linda Smith Bodie; sons, Jack T. Smith, Jr. (Cindy), Robert Stuart Smith (Paula), son, Robert P. McCullough (Debbie); daughters, Gwyn Willoughby (Dean), Lynn Crawford (Shay); grandchildren, Amber Perez (Jesus) and Robbie Smith, Ricky Robison, Arianne Reep (Coy), Allison Gregory (Chance), Abigail McCullough, Shaylor Crawford, Lauren Crawford; great-grandchildren, Kelsey and Sean Pippin, Brailyn Perez, Benjamin Gregory; sister-in-law, Reba Porter and a large and loving extended family. In addition to her parents, Pat was predeceased by her brother, Frank E. Porter, Sr.; granddaughter, Melissa Swilley;great-grandson, Will Reep. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Church of God, 2665 Covenant Road, Columbia, SC 29204.
