Patricia H. Mullen

"South Hadley - Patricia H. Mullen , 86, passed away March 6, 2015 at the Lahey Hospital and Medical Center. Born August 3, 1928 in Kenmore, NY, she was the daughter of Robert W. and Anna Marie (Reckert) Murphy. Patricia lived in South Hadley for the past 30 years and worked as a secretary for the South Hadley Water Dept. In 1977, she was predeceased by her husband John E. Mullen. Patricia will be greatly missed by her children, Christine Cleary of South Hadley; Stacey Malat and her husband Jeff of Phoenix, Maryland; Kathy Silva and her husband Joe of Andover; Maureen Nugent and her husband Rich of Granby. She also leaves 10 grandchildren, Melissa Pearson and her husband Josh of South Hadley, Erin Cleary of Northampton, Whitney Cleary of Martha's Vineyard, Jennifer Malat of New York City, Brian Malat of Phoenix, Maryland, Justine Silva of Jamaica Plain, Anna and Gina Silva of Andover, Ryan and Taylor Nugent of Granby. In addition she leaves one great grandchild, Cooper Pearson of South Hadley. Memorial visitation with a closing prayer and reflections will be held Sunday, March 15th from 1:00-3:30 p.m. at the Beers & Story S.Hadley Funeral Home. Internment will be at a later date in Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens, Timonium, Maryland. Donations in her memory may be made to the American Heart Association or the South Hadley Fire Department. "
