Mrs. Patricia R. Swart Munn, age 77 of Gloversville, died Saturday, August 4, 2007 at Nathan Littauer Hospital, Gloversville. She was born July 14, 1930 in Johnstown, the daughter of the late John and Rose Goot Swart. A graduate of Johnstown High School in 1948, she also attended St. Mary?s School of Nursing. She was employed for thirteen years at Tegeo?s Luncheonette and for ten years in the bakery at Hannaford Foods in Gloversville. Mrs. Munn was active in the Mohawk Pathways Girl Scout Council for many years. She was a member of the former St. Mary?s Church in Gloversville and St. Patrick?s Church in Johnstown. Patricia was married on July 15, 1950 to Robert R. Munn who died May 15, 2003. She is survived by three daughters, Susan P. Insonia of Gloversville, Nora Pavlak of Galway and Charlotte A. Bunn of Gloversville; a brother, Michael Swart Eileen of Johnstown; eleven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, two nieces and one nephew. She was predeceased by her son, John R. Munn and her sister, Betty Giaquinto. A private graveside service will take place at the convenience of the family at St. Patrick's Cemetery, Johnstown, with the Rev. Kenneth Swain officiating. Friends and relatives are invited to celebrate Pat?s life from 4 to 6 pm Wednesday at the Johnstown Moose Lodge. Memorial contributions may be made to Girl Scouts of Northeastern New York, 131 State St; Schenectady, NY 12305. Arrangements are by Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home, Gloversville.
