Patricia Ann Potts 68, of Kingsport went to her heavenly home on Friday, March 17, 2023. She was a devoted, mother, daughter, and aunt who enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Patricia taught her family that it was okay to be a little goofy through the hard times! She was preceded in death by her husband, David Potts; parents, Lafon and Hazel Tarte; grandparents, James L. and Bessie Mae Noel Williams; brother, First Lieutenant James L. Tarte; sister, Shirley Trent; uncle, Ralph Williams. Survivors include her daughter, Amber Potts; brother, David Tarte; boyfriend, Kenny Glanton; nieces and nephews,Jenny Prichard (Harv), Jimmy Russo (Susan), Leora Kipimo (Bawily), Marlena Milburn, and Michael Trent; great nieces and nephews, Joseph Russo, Kayla Russo, James Prichard, Eseka Kipimo, Frazia Kipimo, Alex Ossovicki, Hannah Rogers, Jeremy Trent, Matt Booker, and Avery Carrigan; along with a host of friends and extended family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Carter-Trent Funeral Home or Autism Tennessee. No formal services will be conducted at this time. Carter-Trent Funeral Home in Kingsport is serving the Potts Family.
