Patricia Stahl

Patricia Pridmore Stahl, age 77, was born to Harold and Roberta Pridmore in Berwyn, Illinois. The family moved to Atherton, CA in 1953. She graduated from Menlo Atherton High School in 1955. She attended UC Berkley and San Jose City College where she met her first husband Lloyd Stahl. They were married in 1958. They had two children; Christine and Daniel . The family moved to Littleton in 1977. She was an avid golfer and was active in the Ladies Golf Clubs at South Suburban, Raccoon Creek and Littleton. She met Fred Maten through her love for golf. They married in 1990 and continued to run the Northwoods Inn and play golf until Fred’s death in 2001. The Northwoods Inn closed its doors for the final time in 2011. After a long battle with COPD, she died in her home on August 18, 2014. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents Harold and Roberta and her husband Fred Maten. She is survived by her sister Betsy Pelkan of Napa, CA, her children Christine (Scott) & Daniel (Leslie), grandchildren David and Danielle, nieces Kathleen and Alexandra and nephews Karl and Stephen. A celebration of her life is scheduled on October 4, 2014 from 4 o’clock until 7 o’clock in the evening at Raccoon Creek Golf Course in Littleton Colorado.
