Patrick Martin Murphy, devoted husband and father, died on March 2, 2021 in Charleston, South Carolina. Patrick was born March 15, 1950 in Evergreen Park, IL. He served as a civil servant for the United States Navy and later for the Environmental Protection Agency. He was an active member of the Elks Club and the Knights of Columbus. He is survived by his mother, Maureen Murphy, his son Patrick Murphy and his daughter Caryn Murphy. Please donate to American Red Cross, Ronald McDonald House or Shriners Hospitals for Children anonymously in memory of Pat and Betsy Murphy. Memorial services will be held midsummer in Chicago, IL.
