Patrick F. ONeill

Patrick F. O'Neill, age 49, peacefully went to be with the Lord on May 25, 2016 surrounded by family members. He is survived by his parents, John and Nancy O'Neill; two brothers John and David; Three sisters Cathy (John) Baum, Janice (Todd) Lomnicky, Angela (Tommy) Flores; one niece Mandy Lomnicky; two nephews Matt Baum and Brian Flores. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. At a young age Patrick participated in soccer, basketball, camping, fishing and competitive tennis. He loved Christ, reading his bible and playing musical instruments. His family was very important to him. He tried many business ventures and was friendly with everybody. His life was cut short by a long term illness. In lieu of flowers please give to a homeless person. Patrick didn't have much but he would share what he had with a person on the street. Patrick would also like you to read a Bible verse. The family would like to thank the Albuquerque Paramedics, whose timely response and efforts were extraordinary and professional. The police Chaplain, Grant Claycomb, was very kind and compassionate during our difficult times. A Rosary will be recited Wed. June 1st, 9:30 am at St. John XXIII Catholic Church at 4831 Tramway Ridge Drive NE. A lifelong family friend, the Very Reverend John C. Daniel, will celebrate the mass beginning at 10:00 am . Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. The family wishes to thank all friends and neighbors that have shown their kindness and sympathy. We thank the Lord for having a son, brother and friend like Patrick. His suffering is over and he is at peace in heaven with God and the angels.
