Lexington, KY Patsy Carol Neal, 77, died September 2, 2015. She is survived by her husband Eugene Paul Neal; daughter Margaret (David) Peel; son Bobby (Teri) Neal; sisters Norma Bruce, Janice Owens, Kim (Eugene) Brumley and Pam (Keith) Carroll; brothers Johnny (Sharon) Tuttle, Terry (Julie) Tuttle, Larry (Lynn) Tuttle and Lee (Belinda) Tuttle; grandchildren Beau Neal, Sydney Neal, Brandon Peel, Matthew Peel, Megan Fields and Mindy Holt and great-grandchildren Maddie Peel, Parker Neel, Kyle Holt and Clay Holt. She is preceded in death by her parents Arnold L. and Virginia (Epperson) Tuttle and sisters Donna Tuttle and Pauline Thompson. Patsy LOVED her grandchildren. From the time she was born first to a family of 10 children, family was the center of her world. Quiet times were spent watching "The Days Of Our lives", reading novels, The Daily Bread and her Bible. Her trips to the beaches in Florida and the mountains of Gatlinburg, were second only to her family vacations each fall. She was known for her fried chicken and mashed potatoes. As a faithful member at Crosswoods Baptist Church, she loved to sing in the choir. Funeral Information There will be a visitation at Crosswoods Baptist Church in Nicholasville, KY, from 11-1 PM, Saturday, September 5, 2015, followed by a service at 1PM. Burial will be at Rose Crest Cemetery in Versailles, KY at 2:30 PM.
