With heavy hearts, we bid farewell to a remarkable woman whose life was as vibrant and adventurous as the open road she loved to ride. Patty Graves, a beloved figure in the real estate world and beyond, passed away on April 24, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of passion, determination, and compassion.

Born on March 16, 1943, Patty embraced life with an unbridled spirit. Her love for adventure knew no bounds, as she rode her beloved Harley Davidson motorcycle across the USA. Feeling the wind in her hair and the freedom of the open highway beneath her wheels, exploring the scenic roads of Colorado and embarking on the long haul to Sturgis were just a few highlights of her journeys. Her passion for travel also took her to enchanting destinations abroad, where she lived each moment with a sense of awe and wonder, collecting memories that would last a lifetime.

A devoted advocate for animals, Patty had a special place in her heart for her cherished feline companions, Gidget, Willey, and Keeper. Their presence brought her immense joy and comfort, and she showered them with endless love and affection.

In her professional life, Patty Graves was a force to be reckoned with. Renowned as one of the best Realtors in Colorado, she approached her work with intelligence, savvy, and a keen eye for opportunity. Her dedication to her clients was unwavering, and her knack for negotiation was unmatched. Whether helping someone find their dream home or navigating the complexities of the market, she was a trusted advisor and friend to all who had the privilege of working with her.

Beyond her professional achievements, Patty will be remembered for her caring nature and her unwavering loyalty to those she held dear. Though she could be somewhat ornery at times, her stubbornness was a testament to her strength and resilience in the face of adversity.

A memorial service will be held on May 16, 2024, 2:30 PM, Aspen Mortuary, 6370 Union Street, Arvada 80004, where friends and family will gather to honor her memory and share stories of her extraordinary life.
