Pearl M. Brook, 85, longtime resident of Treasure Island & South Pasadena, passed away May 26, 2016. Pearl was born in Brooklyn, NY and worked for many years in the banking & retail industries. She was a longtime member of Congregation B’nai Israel where she served as President of the Sisterhood. Pearl is survived by her children, William (Alexandra) Brook, David (Gila) Brook, and Barbara (Kurt) Toth; and her loving grandchildren, Bryce Lawson, Gabriella, Samuel & Michael Brook, and Benjamin, Jordan & Alyssa Brook. She was predeceased by her husband, Bernard Brook. Services will be held in New York. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in Pearl's memory to the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund (ocrf.org). David C. Gross Funeral Homes, Central Avenue Chapel in St. Petersburg is serving the family. Service Information
