Pearl Dean Hoff - Ward

Pearl D. "Hoff" Ward, 86, of Caldwell, died on July 26th, 2010 at a local hospital of natural causes. She was born April 4, 1924 at Lebanon, Kansas to Ferdinand and Mabel Muller. The family later moved to Idaho around 1931. Pearl met and married Paul R. Hoff and was blessed with two children, Gary and Karen. After her husband Paul passed away, Pearl later married Glenn Ward and they have enjoyed 17 years together. Pearl loved life and wanted the best for everyone. She was an avid reader and worked on crafts. She and Glenn enjoyed RV camping in their 5th wheel trailer. Pearl is survived by her husband Glenn Ward of Caldwell, her son Gary Hoff (Shirley) of Pocatello, ID, her daughter Karen Kay Smith (Curtis) of Paradise, CA. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, Donald Madsen (Diana) of El Dorado Hills, CA, James Madsen (Debbie) of Spanish Fork, UT, Scott Madsen (Amy) of Sonora, CA and Janille Hoff of Creswell, OR, as well as 8 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her first husband Paul R. Hoff. A viewing will be held Monday August 2, 2010 at Scheer Memorial Chapel, Oroville, CA from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 3rd at 9:30 AM at Memorial Park Cemetery, Oroville, CA. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.flahifffuneralchapel.com Service Information
