Peggie Earl Fesperman Guin

Peggie Earl Fesperman Guin, 78, of Charlotte went to be with the Lord, Saturday April 18, 2015. She was born in Charlotte, daughter of the late Freda and Lacy Fesperman. She was strong, independent, young at heart, and was a true fighter. However she lost her battle with colon cancer. She loved sports (of all kinds) and was an avid Tarheel fan. She was a loyal employee of Cartner Glass for over 30 years. In addition to her parents, Peggie was preceded in death by a daughter, Jamie Marie Guin, son, James Edward Guin, Jr., brothers, Johnny, Jimmy, and Bobby Fesperman, and sister, Evelyn Barkley. She is survived by her daughters, Denise Ferrell and Lindy Bell (Glenn). Grandchildren: Corie, Boz and Elaney Bell and Colby Guin, and her great companion, Buster. Peggie"s family wants to thank her doctor, John Stewart Salmon-Oncologist and his staff, and Levine & Dickson Hospice House and staff for their loving care. The family will receive friends from 5-7pm on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at J.B. Tallent Funeral Service, 1937 Sharon Amity Road, Charlotte, with a service to celebrate her life to follow at 7:30pm.
