Survivors include her spouse Richard; six children: Scot Kelly of Monroe, GA; Jeff Kelly of Portland, TN; Mike Kelly of Loganville, GA; Jamie Kelly of Virginia Beach, VA; Lynn Garnes of Loganville, GA; Lee Ann Carver of Loganville, GA.
