Bessellieu, Philip Arthur ?Bill?, 86, of Kenneth City, died Saturday January 26, 2002 at Palms of Pasadena Hospital. Born in Wilmington, North Carolina, he came here in 1935 from Wilmington. He served in the North Carolina National Guard, Coastal Artillery, and retired from the U.S. Postal Service after 25 years working as a mail handler. He was a member of the Huguenot Society of South Carolina and was a charter member of St. Luke?s United Methodist Church. Survivors include 2 sons, Charles E. Bessellieu and Jon A. Bessellieu, both of St. Petersburg, 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes and Cremation Tribute Center?Ninth Street Chapel, St. Petersburg.
