Philip Charles Ruckdeschel, 92, of Treasure Island, passed away on July 23, 2018 at his home. He was born on May 12, 1926, a son to John and Edith (Beattie) Ruckdeschel. Philip was a 20-year veteran of the US Navy in which he worked as an Electrician. Throughout his time in the military, he also honorably served during World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War. Philip is survived by his loving family and friends. A visitation will be held on Friday, July 27, 2018 from 6 to 8pm at Anderson-McQueen Funeral Home, 2201 Dr. MLK Street N, St. Petersburg, FL 33704. He will be laid to rest in Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery in San Diego, CA at a later date.
