I am so sorry for your loss. Phil was always a kind brother-in-law to me, willing to take time to help or to loan me whatever I needed. An early memory (I think I was 9 or 10) is of him getting on a roller coaster with me at the fair, as I wasn't old enough to ride it alone. A family member told me his face looked rather green as we came down the big hill, but he didn't complain.

Our sincere condolences to Phil's daughters & families. May the Lord hold you in His arms in the days ahead. I enjoyed working with your Dad at the SCCJA and consider it a privilege to have been a part of the staff there with him. He made things lively & was always having fun. He's no longer in pain, has a new boby & has already seen Jesus. God bless you all. Lenora & Jim Alexander

🕯️ I have lost a beloved friend and I will never forget any of the guidances, friendship and teachings he shared with me. We often referred to each other as brothers from another mother. He was truly a one of a kind man. My sincerest condolences to his family and friends at this difficult time. Fly high, my loving friend until we meet again my brother - George E Brown -"Mr. George"
