Phillip Kevin Pocock, 63, passed away on October 18, 2018 at UK Medical Center in Lexington, KY. Phillip was born May 31, 1955 to the late Louis Irvin and Betty Jane Reese Pocock in Sandusky, OH. Phillip served his country in the United States Army, loved fishing and he never met a stranger, he was a people person. He is survived by his sisters Sally Ann Baker and Lacy Epstein and a brother Mike Bishop. No services are planned at this time.
