Phillip A. Reeve was born November 11, 1955 in Frankfurt, Germany. A resident of Poulsbo, WA for the past 25 years, he passed away on October 15, 2015 at the age of 59. He served in the US Army. Family members include his brother, Dennis Reeve (Rose); sisters Marilyn Wolfe (Les) and Leslie Hodges (Rick); numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
