Online Obituaries for Frankfort Phillip Michael Mike Renfro, 68, passed away Friday, November 4, 2016. A native of Ashland, KY, he was born September 10, 1948 to Mrs. Juanita Snook Renfro and the late Haskell Renfro. Mike was a true humanitarian. Not only did he raise his own children instilling love, compassion for others, hard work, and good values, but he did so for many others as well. He loved his family, but enjoyed fishing and riding motorcycles if the opportunity arose. In addition to his mother, Juanita, and girlfriend Julia Thurman, Mike is survived by his children, Robin (Jimmy) Goode, Michelle (Thomas) Moffett, Jeanetta (Edward) Yeary, Melissa Thurman, Samantha Renfro, Phillip Renfro, Michael Renfro, and John (Rebecca) Renfro, all of Frankfort; his sister Deborah Renfro, Midway; brother Stephen Renfro, Washington Co.; ex-wife Mary Renfro, Frankfort; 13 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister Rebecca Sue Small and brother, Gregory Lee Renfro. Funeral Information A potluck style Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from 4:00pm-8:00pm on Friday, November 11, 2016 at North Frankfort Baptist Church, 7945 Owenton Rd.
