Phillip Allen Turner of Plant City, Florida and formerly of Port Jervis, New Jersey passed away on June 12, 2008. Phillip was born on August 11, 1965 in Port Jervis, New Jersey, the son of Wilson E. & Naiomi J. Conklin Turner. Phil worked as a carpet installer for ATB Industrial Service of Tampa, Florida. He is predeceased by his niece, Maria A. Sotolloro. Survivors include his father, Wilson E. Turner; mother, Naiomi J. Conklin Turner; son, Phillip A. Turner, Jr; daughters, Brenda, Ashley & Haley Turner; companion, Felicia Menneng; sisters, Rhonda (Mark) Celinko of Port Jervis, New York, Billie Jo (David) Sotallor of Plant City; nieces & nephews, Ryan, Lacey, Amber, Cassi, Michael & William. Phillip was a loving son and brother who was adored by his family and friends and will be greatly missed by all. Phillip cherished his parents and was an inspiration to his sisters.
