Phyllis Kirby
Phillis was born to Philip and MaeBelle Behrend in South Dakota on May 1, 1928. She passed away in Olympia, Washington, October 19, 2014. Phillis moved with her parents to McCleary, WA in 1937 and attended McCleary Grade School. She graduated from Elma High School. She married Wilfred Kirby in 1950. She later attended college in Ellensburg and lived in the Yakima area, working in a cannery until 200l when she moved to be with her sister, Rose Ella, at McCleary. The last years she has been at Clare Bridge facility in Olympia. Phillis was preceded in death by her parents and her husband. She is survived by her sisters, Nadine Behrend and RoseElla Behrend.
