Phyllis M. Pando

Phyllis Pando passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on August 20th, 2022. She was 84 years old. She was born December 4th, 1937 in Cleveland, New Mexico. She married Placido “Pete” Pando on March 30th, 1954, this union produced 5 Children. She was a lifelong resident of Fort Collins since 1962. Her and Pete owned and operated “Phyllis Draperies” making custom draperies throughout the community. Phyllis was before her time and the definition of the modern-day woman. She was an entrepreneur, a fantastic cook and was the rock of the Pando family. Her grace, sense of humor and kindness will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her husband Pete Pando, their 5 children (Joe, Lorraine, Fran, Gina and Anthony), 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
