Phyllis Lois West Tollefson
January 29th, 1935 - January 26th, 2023
Phyllis Lois West Tollefson passed away peacefully of a broken heart just 11 days after her beloved husband, Philip Joseph Tollefson. She is survived by her children Steven (Jeannie) Meyer, Phillip (Pam Hoch) Meyer, Diane (Jeffrey) Diekfuss, and Rita (Jerry) Harbison. She was the proud grandmother of Branko (Megan), Jed (Theresa), Jacob, Miranda, and Madison. Phyllis was the great-grandmother of Nolan. She is also survived by her sister Karen Galliart. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and lifelong friends. In addition to her husband Phil, Phyllis was preceded in death by her siblings: Gordon (Audrey) West, Charlotte (Dan) Stanton, Audrey (Paul) Zubalik; and nieces: Gwendolyn, Debbie, and Mary. Phyllis was the most wonderful mother. She loved her children unconditionally. A Memorial Gathering for Phyllis and Phil will take place on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at St. Anthony on the Lake Catholic Church (W280N2101 Prospect Ave. Pewaukee, WI 53072) from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 12:00 p.m. Interment will be private for family in the springtime.
