In Loving Memory of Quinn Saunders, 2007-2023. It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Quinn Saunders, a beloved son, brother, and friend, who left us unexpectedly on April 3, 2023, at the young age of 15. Quinn was born on August 15, 2007, and adopted by his loving parents, Rhett and Tanya Saunders in 2011. Growing up alongside his siblings, Lila and Amelie (both 11) and Camden (16), Quinn brought immense joy and laughter to their lives. A lover of animals, Quinn had a gentle and compassionate nature that endeared him to all creatures great and small. He had a special bond with his pets and would often be seen spending his free time caring for and playing with them. With a sharp wit and great sense of humor, Quinn had a gift for bringing laughter and light to any situation. His playful spirit and penchant for teasing his family members, especially when doing his chores, made for cherished memories that will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. Quinn was an adventurous young man, always eager to try new things. He was a steak lover, but he also relished the opportunity to explore different cuisines, never shying away from a culinary challenge. Except when it came to dessert, he would gladly let Camden step in. Quinn had just received his permit and loved driving around town with his mom and dad. As a diligent student, Quinn earned high marks in school and was well-respected by his teachers and peers. He approached his studies with determination and focus, a testament to his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. Quinn had genuine love for his family and friends. We believe his cat, Kit Kit, was his favorite and she is already meowing her grief. Though Quinn's time with us was tragically brief, his impact on our lives will never be forgotten. He will be forever cherished and missed by his parents, Tanya and Rhett; his siblings, Lila, Amelie, and Camden; his extended family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched.
