Quinton Thomas ‘Tommy’ Neal II, 41, an 8 year resident of Elma, WA, passed away at Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, WA. Tommy was born to Mary and Quinton Neal I on October 31, 1968 in Ft. Campbell, Kentucky.Tommy had many interests that included dragons, computers, mahjongg, ponds, gardening, riding a quad, and caring for his 8 dachsunds; Noel, Oscar, Woody, Phoenix, Anubis, Ebo, Sassy and Saphira. Surviving Tommy are his longtime domestic partner, Bradley Adams; his mother, Mary Neal; brother, Patrick L. Neal; sisters, Diana L. Wilson, Rebecca A. Neal, Elizabeth F. Rick; nieces and nephews, Christopher Turner, Brian Turner, Rachael Austin, Jorge Jackson, Michael C.A. Mann, Cimeron C.A. Mann, Jessica Rick, Jamie Rick, Morgan Rick, Daniel Rick, Shantille Neal; and best friends, Lotti and Tom Shedd, The Lang Family, and Elsie and Shawn Chiles. His father Quinton T.
