Rachel Chere' Bernhardt

Rachel Chere' Bernhardt, gone much too soon at age 42, passed to Eternal Life at North Colorado Medical Center due to complications of pneumonia.  She succumbed peacefully in the early hours of November 20, 2018 surrounded by her loving family.  She was born December 30, 1975 in Denver.  Rachel was a graduate of The University of Denver School of Business and lived in the Northern Colorado area most of her life. Her greatest joy was spending time with family; especially her niece and nephew with whom she had a very special bond.  Most recently, we were lucky to have had a family camping trip to Ouray Colorado followed by a family trip to Georgia to visit her brother. Rachel is survived by her mother Susan Hutt and stepfather Gary; father Chris Watts; sister Heather Freize (Brandon); brother Christopher Watts (Lauren Shoop); stepbrother Jason Hutt (Paige); nephew Hudson Freize; niece Halle Freize; as well as her uncle Gary Cornelius (Stefanie) and numerous cousins in the Denver area. Rachel will be so dearly missed by all of us. A Celebration of Rachel's Life will be held at Viegut Funeral Home in Loveland on Friday, November 30, 2018 at 11:00 A.M.  A reception will be held at the Viegut Reception Center following the services.
