ELLIS, Rachel Loar, died at age 94 on April 16, 2015. She was a former resident of Ohio and lived in Tucson for 20 years. She is survived by her husband, Robert W. Ellis. She was preceded in death by her first husband the Rev. Alton Loar. She is also survived by children, the Rev. David Loar (Martha) and grandchildren, Kate and Molly of Akron; Phillip Loar (Amy) and grandchildren, Karen and Graydon of Falls Church, VA; Ann Loar Brooks (Steven) and grandchildren, Audrey, Gifford and Catherine of Baltimore, MD. Also step-children, David Ellis (Edie) of Rochester, NY and Carol Ellis of Columbus, OH. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, April 23, 2015, 2:00 p.m. at the Cascades of Tucson, 201 N. Jessica Ave, Tucson 85710; 520-886-3171. A service will be held on May 30, 2015 in Wauseon, Ohio with graveside service to follow at Union Cemetery.
