Penniman, Ralph W 63, of St. Petersburg, passed away at Bon Secours Maria Manor. Born in Lakeland, FL, he came here in 1982. He graduated from Northeast High School and he served in Vietnam as an Army helicopter pilot. He was preceded in death by his father Eliot Penniman and sister Wendy Wheeler. He is survived by his mother Margaret Penniman; brother Eliot Penniman; nephew Robert Wheeler; niece Terri Penniman- Dubose. There will be a graveside service on Monday, June 18, 2012 at 1pm at Sunnyside Cemetery.
