Randal Kelly, age 64, of Ontario, Oregon, passed away on February 14, 2021, at a hospital in Ogden, Utah. Funeral services will be held at the Miller Creek Cemetery, in Owyhee, Nevada. Arrangements are under the care of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.

Jerry’s career began more than fifty years ago in Boise, and along the way, he acquired an 1897 horse-drawn funeral carriage, which we proudly display in our facility....
