Randall Lee Carter age 78, of Saint Paul passed away on February 1, 2021. Funeral Service 12:00 p.m. Saturday February 20th at the Spielman Mortuary Chapel 344 W. University Ave., St. Paul. Visitation one hour prior to the service (11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.) Private Interment. The funeral Service will be live streamed on ZOOM starting at 12:00 p.m. (Meeting ID: 707 361 1692 / Passcode: 352923). In accordance with Minnesota Health Department regulations, we can accommodate a maximum of 45 people in the mortuary at any given time. Please be respectful and limit your time in the mortuary if it appears to be getting crowded. Also, in accordance with Minnesota Health Department regulations, you are required to wear a face covering to enter the mortuary and also while inside the building. **PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE LOT ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE MORTUARY. THIS IS NOT OUR LOT AND THE OWNERS WILL HAVE YOUR CAR TOWED AT YOUR EXPENSE. For over 30 years, the couple lived above the funeral home and took just one vacation. They sold the home in 1984 to the Willwerscheid family. We still operate Spielman Mortuary with the same traditions of pride, sensitivity, value, and attention to detail that the Spielmans followed for over three decades....
