Passed away in his sleep December 25, 2018, Randy Lee Blackwell, 68, was born in Lebanon, PA. Son of James Blackwell Jr. and Mary Ann Sprecher, husband of Shelly Blackwell, father to Emilee Margaret, Haylee Ann, and Amy Lee, brother of David Lee Blackwell. He attended Lebanon Valley College, was part owner of the Mount Gretna General Store, owner of the Blackwell Grill, Lebanon, PA. He had a great love for cooking and was an avid Bengals fan.
