Randy Wayne Covington
July 27th, 1959 - May 4th, 2018
Randy went peacefully to be with the Lord on May 4, 2018, at the age of 58. He was born July 27, 1959, in Yuba City, CA, and has lived in Sutter County all of his life. Randy was a member in Laborer Local #185 for 24 years in which he worked for D.P.R. Construction and The Loyal Order of the Moose 1204 for many years. Randy loved the outdoors and he was proud of his 1968 Camaro, in his younger years, and in his later years it was his home which he loved taking care of his yard. He is survived by his sisters, Janet Burdine of Moses Lake, WA, Debbie Salem of Sutter City, CA, and Judy Schnable of Yuba City, CA; brothers, Walter Covington II of Yuba City, CA, Ricky Covington of Sacramento, CA, Gerry Sevenau of Yuba City, CA; and many nieces, nephews and friends which loved him dearly. He is preceded in death by his parents Walter Covington Jr. and Dorothy Covington. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 9, 2018, from 4-7pm at Ullrey Memorial Chapel, 817 Almond St., Yuba City, CA. Graveside services will be Thursday May 10, 2018, 10am at Sutter Cemetery.A Celebration of Life will be at the Moose Lodge Family Center, 205 S. Walton Ave., Yuba City, CA, following services.
