FIELDS, Randy Lee, 52, passed away February 1, 2010, surrounded by his loving family. Randy was born and raised in Tampa. He was in the United States Army and was stationed in Germany four years. He loved his dog, Cleo, and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by his father, H. Carl Fields and step-father, Frederick A. Fannin. Randy is survived by his devoted wife, Pam; mother, Virginia Fannin; brothers, Robert Fields (Jeanne), Dale Fields (Linda); step-brother, Wayne Fannin (Donna); niece, Rhonda Redding; many other family members and friends. A "Celebration of Life" will be held on 2 pm, Saturday, February 13, at the home of Dale and Linda Fields. In lieu of flowers donations, in his honor, may be made to LifeLink Organ Donation Legacy Fund, 409 Bayshore Blvd., Tampa, FL 33606, 813 253-2640 extension 1376, www.lifelinkfound.org Please seriously consider being "Ultimate Recyclers", and become organ donors via drivers licenses.
