Randy Wayne Greenwell, 58, passed away on November 27, 2022 in Lexington, Kentucky. Mr. Greenwell was born in Lexington, Kentucky on February 2, 1964 to the late Robert Donald and Alva Jean Thomas Greenwell. Mr. Greenwell was a mason by trade. He is survived by his son Randy(Katie) Greenwell Jr. , Lexington, brother David(Judy) Kirk, Lexington, granddaughters Madison and Abigail Greenwell, Lexington and girlfriend Kim Turpin, Lexington. Visitation for Mr. Greenwell will be held on Monday December 5, 2022 at Clark Funeral Home Rose Hill from 11:00am to 12:30pm. Graveside Service will follow at Rose Crest Cemetery in Versailles.
