RANDY HILLENBERG Mount Carmel- Randall (Randy) Jay Hillenberg, 61, of Mount Carmel, went to be with the Lord on Sunday morning (January 6, 2019) at Holston Valley Medical Center. He was born in Martinsville, Indiana and has resided in this area for the past 21 years. He graduated from Pioneer High School and began working for his father at Bob’s Diesel Garage. Randy became a mechanical engineer and worked several years at Engineering & Industrial Services in Indiana. This led to him to his current job at Hutchinson Sealing in Church Hill where he maintained the machines he designed and built. Mr. Hillenberg was an avid Mustang enthusiast. He was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Marie Hillenberg; a granddaughter, Liberty German who passed away unexpectedly; his brother, William Hillenberg; grandparents, Ray and Marjorie Hawkins, Wilson and Eva Grace Hillenberg; his cousin, Myra Hawkins. Randy Hillenberg is survived by his children, Carrie Timmons, Josh Hillenberg and wife, Jacqueline; grandchildren, Kelsi German, Alexis Timmons, and Hayden Timmons; his parents, Bob and Carolyn Hillenberg; a brother, Curt Hillenberg; his sisters, Wanda Howard, Dirinda Foster, and Rita Klingelhoffer along with his girlfriend, Diana Henry. A visitation will take place on Wednesday (January 9, 2018) from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Carter-Trent Funeral Home in Church Hill.
