Mr. Randy Dale Hinson, 60, passed away suddenly, on Saturday, April 6, 2013, at his residence. Randy was born March 17, 1953 to the late Lucille Linens Hinson and Floyd Lee Hinson, Sr. A memorial service will be held 3:00 pm on Sunday, April 21, 2013, at the Aldergate Community Center, 2600 Merritt Drive, Greensboro, with the Reverend Roger Barricks officiating. Randy was an avid NASCAR fan and loved to fish. He also enjoyed going to the coast. He worked at Dannon Yogurt, Wise Snacks, and in Security as a guard and supervisor for many years. Mr. Hinson is survived by his sons, Jason Hinson and Jesse Hinson; brothers, Lee (Jennie) Hinson, Gary (Marcia) Hinson, and John Daniel Hinson; grandchildren, Clayton, Colin, Timothy, Allison, and Thomas and many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 222 S Church Street Ste336 M, Charlotte, NC 28202, Hospice & Palliative Care of Greensboro, 2500 Summit Avenue, Greensboro, NC 27405, or charity of donor's choice.
