In loving memory of our dad, Randy P. Lipman, age 69, of Parker, CO, who passed away on Monday, September 18th, 2023. He was born on December 27th, 1953 in Illinois. Early in life, our dad learned the importance of hard work and he instilled that same work ethic in us. He was a man of strong faith and he taught us the importance of family, hard work and doing what is right. Randy was passionate about anything construction, spending his life buying (and building) real estate and turning them into something amazing. He had such a gift in looking at something and having an incredible vision and then making it happen. When he wasn't working, he could be found riding his motorcycles or mountain biking. He loved the mountains and the water. Randy was predeceased by his mom, Marian, dad, Rudy, and sister, Linda. Randy is survived by his children Heather (LeeJay), Jessica (Adam), Jason (Courtney), and Samantha (David), his 9 grandchildren, and 3 brothers, Ray, Ron, and Rod. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 pm, Thursday, September 28, 2023 at Journey Church, 9009 Clydesdale Road, Castle Rock, CO 80108.
