Raymond Brown died at his home in Bonney Lake, WA. on June 19, 2011. He was born in Natural Dam, Arkansas on December 26, 1939 to Silas and Oma Brown. At the age of 4 the family relocated to Grandview, WA. where he lived most of his life. He married Fay Flaget in 1959 and they had three children. Fay was killed in a car accident in 1971. He later married Frede Lennon and together they raised 5 children. They moved to Bonney Lake in 1994 where he resided until his death. He is survived by his wife, Frede; Children, Lorne Brown of Kennewick, Darlene Brown, Kennewick, Julie Lennon, Bonney Lake, Kris (Matt) Fisher, Maple Valley; Sisters, Ruth Hurst, Mabton, Reba (Dick) Hall, Packwood,Donna (Leo) Hurst, Grandview, Jennie (Cecil) Bronkhurst, Kennewick; Brothers, Dillard (Noni) Brown, Auburn, Cecil Brown, Kennewick; 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Raymond was preceded in death by a son, Olan, his wife, Fay Flaget, sister, Daisy and 4 brothers, Bob, Vernon, Bud and Leonard. A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 24 at 2 p.m. at the Grandview Cemetery in Grandview, WA. A reception in his honor will be held at the Sunnyside Eagles after the graveside service. In lieu of flowers the family suggests that donation may be made to your local hospice.
