Raymond Joseph Caputo III, 34, of Manlius, New York, passed away on September 30, 2024. Born on March 11, 1990, Raymond grew up attending Grimshaw Elementary and Fayetteville Manlius High School, later advancing his education at Onondaga Community College. Raymond dedicated his career to Stickley Furniture, where his contributions were immensely valued. He was not only a committed employee but also a devoted member of Christ Church in Manlius. A husband to Ashlyn Caputo and proud father to Layla Caputo, Raymond was a man who cherished his family deeply. Raymond was known for his love of the outdoors, evident through his hobbies which included hiking, bird watching, and playing with his daughter. His artistic spirit was expressed through drawing, painting, and playing musical instruments like the guitar and keyboard.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather Joseph Inserra.
He is survived by his wife and daughter, his mother Lori Caputo-Hartford and stepfather Robert Caputo-Hartford, his father Steven Schoeck, his siblings Michael Caputo, Nicholas Schoeck, and Samantha Cantrall (Schoeck), and his grandparents Anne Carrano, Donato Caputo, and Peggy Inserra, along with many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Services to honor Raymond's life will be held at Ballweg and Lunsford Funeral Home, located at 2584 Field Lane, Lafayette, NY 13084, on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, from 4-7PM. followed by a religious service from 7-8PM.
