Raymond Herbert Luther

Luther, Raymond Herbert ?Ray?, 81, of Largo and formerly of St. Petersburg, died Thursday December 25, 2003. He came here in 1936 from his native Erie, Pennsylvania. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of WWII. He was a postal worker for the U.S. Post Office in St. Petersburg, retiring after 30 years of service and was a member of the National Association of Letter Carriers Branch 1477. He was a Charter member of North East Park Baptist Church and the F&AM Northside Lodge #283 in St. Petersburg. Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Maxine M.; a son, Thomas Luther of Snellville, Georgia; two sisters: Marion Garver and Eleanor Quinlivan, both of St. Petersburg; one grandson; one granddaughter; and two great-grandsons.
