Raymond Anthony Troutman, 49, of Red Bluff, California passed away on October 17, 2012 at his residence in Red Bluff. Raymond was born on January 18, 1963 in California to Bobie and Constance Troutman. He worked for twenty-five years as a truck driver for the logging industry. Survivors include his wife, Letitia "Cori" Troutman and his children. No services are planned at this time. Ray will be cremated and his urn will reside at the home of his wife.
