"Ware, Rebecca J. (Chadbourne) Hebert, 49, passed away suddenly on October 18, 2019 at UMASS Memorial Hospital. Born on October 16, 1970, she is the daughter of the late Lloyd Chadbourne, Jr. and is survived by her mother and father Marion and James Nelson of Belchertown. She was raised in Belchertown, and graduated from Pathfinder Regional High School and has resided in Ware for over 10 years. Becky was currently employed by AFSCME Council 93 as a staff representative, previously she worked for many years for the Commonwealth of Mass DDS2 as a supervisor and was a Union President. Becky was a very giving person and had a huge heart, she will be missed dearly by her family, friends and co-workers. Besides her parents, she will be deeply missed by her devoted husband of 26 years, John Hebert, their daughter, Cassie Lynn Hebert both of Ware. She is also survived by siblings, Robert Hughes (Claire) of Belchertown, Lloyd Chadbourne (Cynthia) of New Salem, Debra Kopacz of Belchertown, Pamela Santucci (Mark) of New Salem, John Aliengena of Ware, God- Daughter Samantha Haughey of Pelham, and Rosie Santucci of Holyoke and many much-loved nieces and nephews. She will also be greatly missed by her four legged friend Maggie. Besides her father, she was preceded in death by her sister Katrina Aliengena. Calling hours will be held Sunday, October 27, from 10:00-12:00 p.m at the Beers & Story Belchertown Funeral Home, followed by a Celebration of Life Ceremony at 12:00 pm.
