PRZYWARA, Regina “Jean” Marie, 83, of Wesley Chapel, FL passed away Thursday, March 28, 2013. She was born in Camden, NJ and moved to FL in 1977. Jean was a member of Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church. She loved spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Przywara. She is survived by a son, Lee Przywara; two daughters, Kim Cash and Joy Salerno and her husband, David; six grandchildren, Lindsay, Lauren, Kristin Cash and Alex, Chloe and Sydney Salerno. In lieu of flowers, family requests donations be made to Moffit Cancer Center in Regina’s name.
