Regina Marie Wright

Regina Marie Wright, 65 of Platteville passed away November 22, 2021 at UC Health in Greeley, Colorado. She was born on February 2nd, 1956 to Vernon and Lillian Brown. Regina grew up in Salina, Kansas, and graduated from Salina Central High School where she met Mark Wright and later married on February 9, 1980. They began their life together in Kansas and later moved to Colorado where they continued to build their family. After 41 years of marriage, the love Regina and Mark had was everlasting and will continue as they are reunited together. Regina devoted all her love to her family and friends. She took pride in her children and grandchildren, always supporting them in all their endeavors. Her kindness and generosity reached many others. Regina found joy in spending quality time with her loved ones, going for a coffee or lunch date, and frequent family gatherings. She enjoyed traveling to explore new places and to visit friends and family. Regina is survived by her three children, Alichia Wright, Jeremy Wright, and Eric Wright; grandchildren, Troy (Korina) Wright and Kayden Wright; her great-granddaughter, Wrenlee Wright; her mother, Lillian Brown; her sisters, Joanne (Bryan) Schmitt, Jodeen (Randy) Tiffany, and Jane (Mark) Benson. She is preceded in death by her husband Mark, father Vernon Brown, brother Vernon Jr. and brothers-in-law Steve and John.
