Rhonda Lynn Coyle

A funeral service for Rhonda Lynn Coyle, of Tehachapi, California will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2015, 10 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1050 E. Lassen Avenue in Chico, California. Dedication of the grave and burial will follow at Glen Oaks Memorial Park, 11115 Midway in Chico. Rhonda passed away on January 17, 2015 in Tehachapi; she passed away unexpectedly but peacefully in her sleep. She was born on July 30, 1963 in Pocotello, Idaho to Ronald and Marja Harris. On February 19, 1983 Rhonda married Robert Brian Coyle; their marriage ended amicably in February of 2008. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving as young women’s president, relief society teacher and ward missionary; she influenced many in her church callings. She worked as a Licensed Vocational Nurse for fifteen years. Rhonda was a very nurturing and loving person; she considered being a mother and grandmother as her greatest accomplishment. She was very kind and giving and loved all people unconditionally. Rhonda is survived by her two daughters, Rhandi (Graham) Orme of Columbus, Indiana and Rochelle (Mitch) Laubaugh of Taylorsville, Utah; four grandsons, Cayman Orme, Hudson Orme, Davis Orme and Wade Laubaugh; three granddaughters, Quinn Orme, Brooklyn Laubaugh and Brielle Laubaugh; her mother, Marja (Herb) Stansbury of Chico, California; two sisters, Wendy Passontino of Roanoke, Texas and Heidi Yaskus of Stevensville, Montana; as well as many extended family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald and by her brother, Chad McCowen.
