Richard G Brimfield, 82 of Winter Haven, FL, passed away on August 18th, 2020. He is preceded in death by his Brother Robert Brimfield of Syracuse, NY, his Father Harry Brimfield, his mother Marie Pichette Brimfield, and his former spouse Martha Rohlfing. He is survived by his spouse Barbara Hodgkinson, his sons Richard E Brimfield of Duluth, GA, David Brimfield of Polk City, FL, his grandson Ryan Brimfield of West Bloomfield, MI, his sister Particia Brimfield Sachs (Robert) of Hutchinson Island, FL, his sister-in-law, Batavia, IL, and several nieces and nephews. He was a captain at FD 1 in Polk County, FL, spent more than 10 years as a volunteer for Red Cross, was a firm believer in the Catholic faith, and loved to roller skate as a young man. He graduated from Smith Technical School in Syracuse, NY, then opened a printing shop in Lakeland, FL where he applied decals for companies like Radio Shack and Sally Beauty Supply. He will be dearly missed by many.
