Richard "Rich" J. Carns, Sr.

Richard James Carns, a resident of West Deptford, New Jersey, passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2019. He was 55. Legacy Rich will be remembered by those who knew him as quite the character. He was a true jack of all trades and an irreplaceable hard worker. Rich would never hesitate to help a person in need. He and his family shared a unique sense of humor that they will cherish and carry on. As he loved being a truck driver, Rich never worked a day in his life. He enjoyed the freedom of the road and the places it took him. Family He is the beloved husband to Sherry Kozarski; devoted father to his daughter, Ryan Carns; dear brother to John Mitchell, Kathy Sisca and Joan Mitchell; cherished son-in-law to Joann Pennock. Richard is also survived by his son, Richard Jr and many other family and friends that will miss him dearly. Farewell Tribute Services are private at the request of the family.
