None Richard Michael Christensen July 28, 1949 - August 5, 2012 Richard, 63, passed away unexpectedly on August 5, 2012, at his home in Shelton, Washington. He was born July 28, 1949, in Olympia to Raymond and Marjorie Christensen. He attended Olympia High School, where he played football and wrestled. Dick attained the Eagle Scout Award, which was presented to him by Governor Dan Evans. He received his BA Degree from Central Washington University. Dick worked with cable television systems as a cable company employee and cable contractor in California, Illinois, Washington, Oregon, and Alaska. In more recent years, he raised and farmed Geoducks. Dick enjoyed water and sknow skiing. Some of his happiest times were spent salt water fishing and hunting with family and friends. He loved his house on the bay and spending time on Puget Sound. Dick loved dogs, especially his cocker spaniel, Cocoa. He was good-hearted and a joy to be around. We all loved Dick, and will miss him. He was one of a kind. Richard is survived by his mother, Marjorie Faber; and his siblings Douglas (Diane), Kevin (Barb), Candace (Steve), and Sonia Jutte (Mark). He is also survived by his nices and nephews David Christensen, Beth Marshall (Aaron), RJ Christensen, Heidi Pottle (Robert), Blake Pottle, Jacqueline Hanson (Danny), Reid Christensen, Colin Christensen, Tyler Christensen, Nichole Osborne Spears (Jay), Janelle Osborne, Kyle Jutte (Lisa), and Cameron Jutte.
